This has reference to the attached copy of the email dated 09 March 2021 with the enclosed letter-complaint of Mr. P – – – – against Prudential Guarantee and Assurance, Inc. (“Prudential Guarantee”).
Mr. P – – – – is complaining about the manner his claim is being handled by Prudential Guarantee. He has also raised several issues concerning the repair of his unit which was damaged due to Typhoon Ulysses. Hence, this appeal for assistance.
