“Well, to be frank po, I think both the modelling industry and this industry, showbiz industry, you know, parang napaka-exposed talaga sa you know, drugs.

“Or I dunno, maybe connections or whatever reason pero you see it naman talaga, eh. I mean I’m not, matanda na ako, I mean I’m 24, siyempre aware ako sa nangyayari so you know, at nakikita ko rin naman.

“So you know, ayun.”

O it’s a tie?

“I think it’s a tie! Different lang ‘yung context, different lang ‘yung scenario.

“Yeah it depends talaga sa context, it’s an apples and oranges comparison, but either way they’re both fruits.

“So what I’m trying to say is it happens, different problems, it happens in both worlds.”

Gumaganap sa Beautiful Justice ng GMA si Gil bilang si Vin Ocampo na isang PDEA (Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency) agent,  ano sa palagay niya ang nagagawa ng serye nila para makatulong, in its own way, na masugpo ang ilegal na droga?

“I think it’s we aim at least, we aim to educate the viewers, iyon nga, on how, on the war on drugs and about serious drug issues and how PDEA actually tackles these issues.

“Kaya nga malaking blessing na we have someone like Kuya Vic on set and sometimes ‘yung mga PDEA agent who come to the set to provide their knowledge and guidance, ‘di ba?

“So that it’s true to life.”

“So ‘yung mga nakikita ng mga viewer sa TV, its true to life, it’s actually what happens.

“Tulad nga ng sinabi ni Kuya Vic, sometimes ‘yung mga nakikita natin sa news it’s actually a small percentage pero sila ‘yung, are the ones worth watching about kasi sila ‘yung mga pinaka-intense or, I’m lacking a better word for it, pero intense na balita.

“So what the viewers might not know are the other percentages or the other kinds of cases that actually happen na hindi naha-highlight sa news.

“So I guess that’s also one of the objectives of the show, to, you know, inform the viewers, iyon nga, sa ibang mga kaso ng drugs and how PDEA actually you know, aims or tries to solve these issues.”

“Sa modelling, when I was in Hong Kong, parang, wala naman nag-offer sa akin, kasi, you know, unless you ask they’ll give you.

“Siyempre mahal naman ‘yung drugs.

“But closest encounter parang nasa club ako and then parang may nakikita akong mga nagpapasa-pasahan, pero siyempre hindi ko eksaktong nakikita pero like they’re passing something around, secretly.”

Wala raw nag-alok sa kanya.

“Siyempre, like, I mean, I never ask.”

“So talagang I would say ito ‘yung pinaka-intense, seryoso, realistic.
