Valentine Rosales, Rommel Galido celebrate dismissal of Dacera case

Valentine Rosales is simply ecstatic.
Post niya sa Facebook ngayong araw, April 27: “CASE DISMISSED
“TRUTH PREVAILED! NAKAKAIYAK!!!” was his post last April 27. “THANK YOU GOD! FOR THE ANSWERED PRAYERS (praying hands emoji)
“Philippians 4:6-7 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
“And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Valentine also posted on his Instagram Stories a message in connection with the court’s decision.
“CASE DISMISSED (praying hands emojis) THANK YOU GOD!” was his posted message.
Si Rommel, on the other hand, shared on his Instagram Stories a screenshot of the resolution of the Makati Prosecutor’s Office.
His caption, “Case dismissed (fist, praying hands emojis)”
The court hasn’t come out a resolution in connection with the complain of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in connection with the violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act, perjury, obstruction of justice, and reckless imprudence resulting in homicide.
Matatandaang natagpuang wala nang buhay si Dacera sa bathroom ng kuwartong nirentahan ng magkakaibigan sa City Garden Grand Hotel sa Makati last January 1, 2021 right after they held a New Year’s Eve Party last December 31, 2020.
Wala raw foul play in connection with the death of the flight attendant according to the findings of the medico-legal examination of the Philippine National Police Crime Laboratory. Cristine’s cause of death was ruptured aortic aneurysm.
Wala pang reaction ang Pamilya Dacera in connection with the Makati Prosecutor’s Office decision.
