“The City Government of Caloocan is very thankful to the USAID. Since the onset of the pandemic, the USAID has been assisting the city in so many ways. We are looking forward to a more strengthened collaboration and partnership with the USAID and DOH, as we work together to win against this pandemic,” ayon kay Hernandez.
