“House of Gogi had to close for 3 months or more to adhere with the ECQ guidelines. It greatly affected the volume of sales. I still pay for the monthly rental fees and support my 18 employees,” say ng Kapuso actress.
“For me, it’s extremely important to have employees that are able to keep their jobs. From a personal standpoint, I believe in helping people as much as I can, and the last thing that I would want to have to do is put someone in a position where they would potentially lose their job and not be able to pay bills or buy essential goods.”
“I’m becoming smarter with my expenses. I used to be an impulsive buyer. Today, before I buy something that is not essential, I get back to the item for 5-7 days and assess if I still want it. I am careful about online shopping and try my best to resist the temptation to overspend.”
Since everyone is into online, adjust into the new norm. Focus less on what you’re used to doing and more on what people need. Be resourceful with supplies and make everything minimalist.”
Makakasama niya rito sina Biboy Ramirez, Ahron Villena, at Barbara Miguel.
