Alternative work arrangement sa LGU offices ikinasa ni Isko (Ngayong Modified ECQ)

INATASAN ni ni Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso ang lahat ng departmento at tanggapan ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Maynila na ipatupad ang ‘alternative work arrangement’ ngayong panahon ng panibagong modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) sa lungsod.

Inilinaw ni Mayor Isko, kahit nasa MECQ dapat siguruhin ng lokal na pamahalaan na magpatuloy ang operasyon at pagkakaloob nila ng mga pangunahing serbisyo at pangangailangan ng Manileño.

Panawagan ng alkalde sa city government offices, dapat tiyakin ang proactive measures upang maprotektahan ang kalusugan at kapakanan ng city officials at mga empleyado ngayong panahon ng krisis.

Sa inilabas na Executive Order No. 34, binuo ng alkalde ang skeletal workforce alternative work arrangement sa ilalim bf MECQ, sa mga tanggapan ng  Office of the Mayor, Office of the Secretary to the Mayor, Manila Public Information Office, at Office of the City Administrator.

Kabilang ang City Personnel Office, Manila Barangay Bureau, City General Services Office, City Budget Office, Office of the City Accountant, City Treasurer’s Office, Department of Public Services, Op. Div. & Dist. Offs., Dept. of Engineering & Public Works Operations, Department of Assessment, Bureau of Permits, Manila Hawkers Office, Public Recreations Bureau, at Parks Development Office.

Nabatid, full alert operations ang Manila Health Department, kabilang ang North at South cemeteries, city hospitals maliban sa nakasarang Ospital ng Maynila, Manila Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (MDRRMO), Manila Department of Social Welfare (MDSW), Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau (MTPB), Veterinary Inspection Board (VIB), at Market Administration Office (MAO).

Prayoridad na isailalim sa alternative work from home arrangement ang senior citizens, persons with disability (PWDs), mga buntis, at mga kabataang 21 anyos pababa, na opisyal at empleyado ng city government.

“The Head of Office shall ensure that payroll officer and clerk in charge in the preparation and processing of payroll shall be required to report for a certain time to ensure that salaries of officials and employees are released on time,” ayon kay Mayor Isko.

Matatandaang umapela kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang medical frontliners  upang isailalim sa ECQ ang NCR upang bumagal ang pagtaas ng bilang ng mga nahahawa ng COVID-19 at maibsan ang hirap na nararamdaman ng medical workers kaya’t isinailalim ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang Metro Manila, Laguna, Rizal, Cavite, at Bulacan sa modified ECQ mula 4-18 Agosto.
