LIIT workout, sikreto ni Rodjun sa magandang katawan

NAGBAHAGI si Rodjun Cruz ng simple at low intensity interval training (LIIT) workout na ipinakita niya sa Mars Pa More.

 

Limang minuto lang at kahit walang equipment, kayang-kaya itong gawin kahit ng beginners. High knees, butt kicks, push-ups, jumping air squats, at burpees ang kasama sa exercises.

 

Para sa iba pang workout routines mula sa Kapuso stars, tumutok sa Mars Pa More mula Lunes hanggang Biyernes, 8:45 a.m. sa GMA-7.
