Nangyari ang nasabing sagutan limang araw na ang nakararaan at hindi sa post ni Gretchen sa kanyang account sa Instagram kundi sa account ng kanyang sister in law na si Connie Barretto, asawa ng kapatid niyang si Mito.
Sa palitan ng mensahe nina Gretchen at Connie ay may sumingit na isang basher na may handlename na @bullygretchen.
Mensahe ni @bullygretchen, ”@gretchenbarretto “the head” double meaning comment. Aren’t you happy now hurting your family by humiliating them in the public. Go ahead create more multiple account to bash yourself. Should you resort to public humiliation to hurt your parent. Your said your blessed. I agree.”
Dagdag pa niya, ”Your blessed because you have a daughter with a millionaire. Blesssed with money, material things and self deception. Ikinagulat naman ng ina niyang si Mommy Inday Barretto ang mga bagong pahayag nito sa Instagram. Sa pamamagitan ng PEP.ph, nagbigay agad ng eksklusibong pahayag si Mommy Inday. Pinayagan kami ng PEP.ph na mailathala ang naturang statement basta walang babaguhin kahit anumang salita sa naturang pahayag. And it reads:
