AFP nabulag sa pagpaslang ng Maute sa intel officer

AMINADO si Lorenzana na ‘nabulag’ ang AFP sa galaw ng Maute sa Marawi nang paslangin ng mga terorista si Major Jerico Mangalus, ang intelligence officer na may malalim na kontak sa teroristang grupo.

Inilaglag aniya ng mismong asset si Mangalus kaya tinambangan ng Maute members noong nakaraang Pebrero.

Mula noon aniya ay nahirapan na ang militar na makakuha muli ng assets sa Maute hanggang nagsagawa ng diversionary operations ang teroristang grupo sa iba’t ibang panig ng Mindanao hanggang Bohol upang mailihis ang atensyon ng militar palayo sa Marawi City na ginawa nang kuta ng mga terorista.

“So that’s what happened. They were able to infiltrate their arms, their equipment in Marawi and then when time comes they would actually… There was actually a plan to take over Marawi. Nakita natin ‘yung ano. We were able to capture a video when the Maute brothers were actually and Hapilon Isnilon were trying… There was a map there in front of them, their diagrams, what to do, kung ano ang gagawin nila. It’s a big plan to take over Marawi City,” ani Lorenzana.
